My housemate and I decided we would like to do some type of fitness class together. And when we see your advertisement on Instagram it intrigued us as it was a mixture of fitness and meditation. When I arrived at my first class, I wasn’t sure what to expected as it was an unusual mixture of Physical activity and meditation.

And to my surprise it was more than what I imagined it could be.

From the moment you enter the class you set the tone and environment with your positive energy. From the check-in at the beginning of class opening the discussion and creating the platform for clients to feel safe enough to engage in the topic of discussion or to just sit and be present in the moment without the pressure of speaking. creating a community of support during the class by setting the tone for everyone to give an indication of the level of mood they are feeling from a scale of 1-10.

After check-in, I really enjoyed the ice breakers games, you can let loose and have a bit of laugh which in toe leads onto a more challenging physical activity that is also a bit crack. After the physical activity you take out your yoga mat for a bit of meditation.

I found the class to be a perfect balance of real talk, fun, letting loose, laughing, connecting with peers, solace, enlightenment rolled into one class. I didn't realise how much I needed to have a laugh and let go of what's not serving me. Your class created that space for me.

Matt's Body & Meditation class comes highly recommended. The class is a perfect blend of mindfulness, movement and meditation. Matt has extensive knowledge of all three aspects of his class and he teaches you great techniques that you can incooperate into your day to day life. You leave the class feeling energised and full of positive energy.
